Friday late: The Play-House
On 25 March, A lot of performances were shown everywhere in V&A museum.
At the entrance, cabaret show appered on a stage. Girls were wearing 50s style outfits. It was good inspiration for this event theme.
We were able to have an experience of walking on a red carpet. Everytime to go through this corridor, fake funs were welcoming us. I have asked a shake hand, autograph, taking a picture and interview. So I felt a bit embarrased. Nevertheless, It was unique idea for entertainment.
Girls interviewers.
A workshop for making own theatrical toys. All of them were connected. As widing a handle, all of heads were up and down. It seemed a simple technique used with toys.
The play was showed. I couldn't understand the theme of this play but maybe it doesn't matter without meaning. Around a drunk guy, cast had an argument.
An artist, Philip Levine explained about his own head art. The head was attached thousand of daiamante by hands. It must have taken long time for glueing but it would not last parmanent. It reminded me Daiamond skull by Damian Hirst.
Some performers were playing on half landings, corridors, spaces. They were eye catchy and I was never bored to stay there by myself.
